Detailed Process Flow Explanation
1. User Interactions
- Client Form Submission: The process starts when a client submits a request via the form. This may include details about the object they want to create, such as dimensions, purpose, and any existing 3D design (STL file).
- Client Validation: Once the mycelium object is ready, it is sent back to the client for validation. If the client is not satisfied, the process loops back to refining the mold or object.
2. Mycosystem Services
- STL File Creation: If the client hasn?t provided an STL file, Mycosystem creates it based on client specifications.
- Mold Refactor: If the mold or the object has issues, it is refined and the process restarts to ensure a successful outcome.
3. Production Services
- Counter Mold Creation: A physical mold is created to shape the mycelium object.
- Fill with Mycelium: The mold is filled with mycelium.
- Incubation: The filled mold incubates for about 5 days.
- Unmolding: The object is carefully removed from the mold.
- Dehydration: The object is dried to ensure stability.
- Structure Testing: The object undergoes testing to ensure durability.
4. Iteration Points
During unmolding, testing, and validation, if issues arise, the process reiterates to ensure a quality product.
